The contract includes maintenance services for the first two years and a five-year guarantee period. Delivery of the villa after a year of paying 50% as a down payment, without finishing, provided that all finishes are done by us only.

Chalets

Chalets of Ahlam 1 City Raweet Al Eamar, are designed on the latest and finest designs with one ground floor. With an area of 80 square meters, two bedrooms, a hall, a bathroom and a kitchen, and an area of 60 square meters, a bedroom, a hall, a bathroom and a kitchen. For sale as furnished, equipped with air conditioning, appliances and a furnished kitchen, or for sale as unfurnished. Chalets overlook the large swimming pool, the horseback riding area and the garden landscape.

Chalet rental

In addition to daily housekeeping service as a part of annual maintenance contract, owners who wish to invest can rent their chalets on a daily or weekly basis through the Leases Department of Raweet Al Eamar. The contract includes maintenance services for the first two years and a five-year guarantee period. Delivery of chalet is after a year of paying 50% down payment.
